Below you will find information about each coaching package offered. While each has a general structure, please remember that the way
we work together is completely customized to you and your goals. 

I’m Ready, Book Now!

 

Fast Track Program

This program was created for the high achieving individuals who are ready to get to work making serious changes with lasting results. If you feel like you are finally ready to prioritize your health, feel increased energy and balance in your life and are ready to replace old habits with new ones that will stick, this is the program for you. Over a period of 3 months, you will learn how to put yourself first by systematically replacing the food and lifestyle choices that no longer serve you. You will learn how to make the choices and create the habits that will allow you to address your specific health concerns. This is not a quick fix program as we will be breaking and creating new habits in the 3 months that we work together. However, if you are committed to do the work and make the changes, I guarantee that you will be satisfied at the end of our 3 months together.

This is for you if:

• You have already started implementing some changes in your life working toward better health but are unsure of what to do next

• You feel stuck or unfulfilled in your life or things are not going as smoothly as they once did

• You feel you know what you should be doing but can’t seem to be consistent

• You are motivated and ready to do the work to change your life

• You are willing to do whatever it takes to reach your goals

• You are feeling alone and unequipped to travel this journey alone

• You want to see how changing food and mindset can improve your life

• You are open to thinking about things in a new way

How we will work together:

• We will set 3 main goals for our time together (these may change or get tweaked as we work through things)

• We will create a roadmap of actionable steps, new habits, and behaviors that will support you in making sustainable changes toward your goals

• We will spend time digging deep into your WHY and learn how to use that to motivate change

• We will uncover any limiting beliefs that hold you back and teach you tools on how to address them

What ’s included:

• Health History Consultation

• Weekly 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions each month (in person or via web conference)

• Email support in between sessions

• Worksheets, journaling exercises, handouts, etc

• Recipes and meal plans

• 1 pantry makeover session

• 2 grocery store tours (1 hr each)

• Discounted rates for any workshops or cooking classes

• Book and website recommendations

4 visits per month (60 min each) for 3 months $200 a month

 

 

The Lab Consult Package

This package is for those who want to take a deeper dive into their health through direct-to-consumer lab testing.

Please note:  I am not a medical doctor and I cannot receive lab tests directly from the lab, read or interpret labs or diagnose or treat any medical condition.

What I CAN do is share with you Dr. Alan Hopkins’ optimal functional ranges for labs and guide you to resources to help you understand your labs.  I can also share food, lifestyle and supplement changes you may want to consider based on your lab results and share anything I see that raises potential concerns or red flags that you may want to investigate further with your doctor.

This is for you if:

• You know that you must make your health a priority

• You feel like you have tried so many things and you are still not getting the results you want

• You want to take a deeper dive through comprehensive lab testing and work with a coach who can spend more than 8 minutes with you

How we will work together:

• We will meet to conduct a thorough health history to determine labs that will best suit you

• You will order the tests directly, have blood drawn and receive results

• We will then sit down for 2 sessions after the results come in to discuss 1) food and lifestyle modifications based on the labs and 2) formulate a plan for a discussion with your physician (if applicable)

What ’s included:

• Health History Consultation

• 2 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions after the lab results are in (in person or via web conference)

• Email support in between sessions

• Worksheets, journaling exercises, handouts, etc

• Recipes and meal plans

3 total visits  (60 min each) for $150 (plus any lab testing fees paid directly to YourLabWork) 

 

 

Maintenance Program

This program is for those who have already completed the “Fast Track Program” and want to stay on track through continued coaching and accountability.

This is for you if:

• Desire a regular check in to remain accountable

• Want to continue to fine tune the food and mindset work done in your previous program

• Dig deeper into issues as they come up in your life to gain greater clarity

How we will work together:

• We will set a goal and intention for each session

• You will lead each session based on what you need/want to address at that time

• We will discuss tools and methods of working through topics discussed

• We will set goals and actions for the next month

• You will receive any materials to help your success for the next month

What ’s included:

• Revisit Form for each session

• 1 x 60-minute one-on-one coaching sessions each month (in person or via web conference)

• Email support in between sessions

• Worksheets, journaling exercises, handouts, etc

• Recipes and meal plans

• Discounted rates for any workshops or cooking classes

• Book and website recommendations

• Copies of all notes

1 visit per month (60 min each) on a month by month basis $75 a month

 

 

Group Programs

With a group of 8-10 people, we hold bimonthly teleclasses that will cover a particular nutritional topic. Each session will end with a Q&A to allow members to interact and ask questions and support one another. You will also have access to a private Facebook group for additional support and accountability.

This is for you if:

• You enjoy the dynamic of working in a group

• You want to learn about specific health and mindset related topics (one at a time) – [Example Topics: Cutting out Sugar, Good fat vs. bad fat, Increasing your energy and Eating to reduce inflammation]

• You are able to balance giving and receiving in a group setting

• You are able to positively encourage others

• You value input from others

How we will work together:

• Instruction time led by the health coach (slides, videos, etc)

• Q&A Session

• Goal Setting for the next 2 weeks

• Private Facebook group 2 conference calls per month

What ’s included:

• Pre-webinar survey to determine your topics of interest (you have a say in what is taught)

• 2 x month, 60-minute webinar sessions on a specific topic

• You will receive a recording of each webinar

• You will receive all worksheets and notes related to the session topic

• Private Facebook group
